Dr. de la Pedraja took care of me as if I were one of his own. He was very welcoming and professional. His office staff is so kind, sweet and efficient. The longest amount of time I spent there was the day of my actual surgery, which was a breast augmentation. They were very patient with my laundry list of questions and thorough with their instructions for before and after the surgery. He was recommended to me by two friends that raved about his methods. I always felt comfortable and safe with Dr. De La Pedraja. Ruby was my coordinator and I felt like she was my best friend right off the bat. She is beyond caring and patient as well. The day of surgery they were extremely accommodating with my boyfriend and comforting throughout the entire process. I was not rushed nor forced. It was a smooth transition from my first consultation to my post-op today. He even went as far as going to my home the day after my surgery to make sure I was doing well. True gem here.
